The leaders of KeADILan, DAP and PAS met today in furtherance of the meeting held on the 18th of March 2008.
Today’s meeting was attended by, among others, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, YB Lim Kit Siang, YB Dato’ Seri Tuan Guru Haji Abdul Hadi Awang and YB Datin Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
In today’s meeting, we have proposed to consolidate the cooperation between the three parties under the name “PAKATAN RAKYAT”. This name has been proposed pending confirmation by the respective parties.
Pakatan Rakyat pledges to uphold the rights and interests of all Malaysians, regardless of religion or race, as enshrined in the Constitution.

With the new development and strategies formulated by "Pakatan Rakyat" as mentioned above the political honeymoon for some Sarawak YBs ruling party must end immediately. The silent political campaign has started and issues were being highlighted in different forms within the community.
Some party leaders may be complacent to witness large crowd during their official function but I must remind them this does not mean that they are loyal party followers. The general mood and their expectations are different from what we think. The YBs rely their feedback from the community leaders (KK , JKKK ,party boys etc)and assumed it reperesent views of their community at large. However the situation may be different and a new approaches must be tailored to encouter the eroding support.
I concur with the current unreliable rumours on the reshuffle of the State Cabinet. Some unperforming State Ministers or Deputy Ministers including Political Secretaries should be replaced with new faces. These combination between new and old faces may allowed better team to enhance the current chief administrators to govern the State in meeting the general aspiration of our people.
